Shelia Shalom AuD was wonderful. She saw my husband and realized he needed additional help. She acted quickly and arranged for treatment in the same day.
She followed up to check on him. We were very happy with my husbands care.

I was referred to Pacific Hearing for sudden persistent tinnitus and was very fortunate to have Lajayah Medina, AuD Resident conduct hearing assessments revealing a high frequency hearing loss as (likely) contributory factor causing my tinnitus onset. Ms. Medina provided exceptional professional care performing several diagnostic audiometry sessions. She is knowledgable, experienced, with remarkable interpersonal skill alleviating my tinnitus induced anxiety by providing calming and reassuring explanation of potential causes and most importantly, suggested effective stress reducing and anxiety management techniques. Hearing loss and tinnitus are significant life altering afflictions; having attentive and reassuring professional care as I received from Ms. Medina has helped me understand, accept, and accommodate my tinnitus and demonstratively reduce it's disruptive impact upon life quality. I highly recommend and endorse Ms. Medina for professional audiology care.

It's challenging dealing with tinnitus, but I appreciate the a great service I've received from the staff, Dr. Greg and Dr. Sheila. Dr. Sheila Shalom has been my audiologist for three years. She is knowledgeable, understanding, easy to reach and compassionate. Her expertise has been invaluable!

This is the office you want to be at for all hearing and audiology related services. You cannot go wrong with any practitioner you see here. If you are looking for quality of service and pinnacle of professionalism and expertise then this is where you want to be. The office looks modern and yet every Doctor you meet with is warm and welcoming. You get what you pay for when it comes to hearing aids and the audiologists here only fit the best, I am particularly happy with how incredible the sound is in the Widex Hearing aids and would recommend anyone to come see anyone at Pacific Hearing!

I live in Africa, more specifically in the Sahel region, in one of the poorest countries of the world. So having a hearing problem was really a big problem, since there is no local access to modern technology and medical care. I was then a bit skeptical when I visited Dr. Rachel Abucassis at the Pacific Hearing Clinic at the end of 2022, wondering how she could help me from afar. Well, it has been over a year now and I couldn't be more satisfied and reassured with her expertise and the clinic's service. Not only she was able to fit me for my first appointment during the week of X-tmas and New Year's of 2022 but she made me walk out of there with a pair of new hearing aids and with a more positive attitude towards life. Yes, the new Widex Hearing Aids device is expensive but it totally worths it, because it has been a game changer for me, both socially and professionally. I don't miss the meaning of meetings and gatherings anymore and therefore I do not feel isolated and confuse anymore. A couple of months ago, after the charger of my hearing aids device broke, they were able to send me a new one completely free of charge. Any problems that I have, any guidance and adjustments that I need they are there for me and they have been able to provide an excellent service from afar. But what I like the most is the human dimension of their service, the genuine caring and attention that I get from all of them - recently, when Dr Rachel was in a maternity leave, Dr. Greg stepped in and helped me out. Yet in recent years, the ringing has seemed louder.
So my doc told me to check here for a hearing loss.

Staff is polite and saw me just 5 mins after check-in.
My hearing test revealed that I'm both blessed and
cursed bc the ringing frequency in my ears is same
as most women's voices. Therefore the next time a
woman tells me that I am ignoring her, I can simply
say "naw baby, I just got a hearing impairment that
prevents me from listening to your bullsh!t". (lmao)

*** I see no reason to correct this condition. jk ***

Very good customer service. Dr. Frazier was very thorough during the hearing tests and answered all my questions. He provided detailed information about the hearing aid options. Very personable.

AuD. Jake Hohsfield was incredibly compassionate and supportive. I have suffered from lifetime hearing loss and this was the best experience I've ever had getting hearing aids. I highly recommend him!

I had a great experience with a hearing check up due to clogging in my right ear. Very thorough hearing check and nice technician.

Parking is terrible, please note. I found a metered street spot a few blocks away which was fine, but note that you will need to leave extra time for parking if you want to arrive on time for your appointment.

Clearly know what they are doing! Testing is thorough for sure. Everyone nice.
But parking is horrible. The parking garage is claustrophobic and you must leave keys. When I didn't want to leave my keys I had to leave. Searched the area for parking and it took 20 minutes and a mile away. Oh well got some steps in. Unfortunately I'll probably go elsewhere because of it!

Dr. Frasier was so wonderful in all respects. Kindness is a rare virtue these days, he was so incredibly reassuring and helpful in all respects. Answering all questions, calming my apprehensions, he really, to me, is the living definition of what it means to be a doctor and a caregiver. I appreciated this opportunity to thank him and the staff of Pacific Hearing, Inc.

DeAndrea Collins, Audiology Aide, was perfect in every way...friendly, prompt, diagnosed and fixed the issue with the hearing aids and happily sent us on our way in less than 15 minutes in and out, as promised. Thank you DeAndrea!

The Doctors services and demeanor were very professional and friendly. There was a bit of a overload of people and some tension on the attitude of the administrative personal though.

Fantastic! DeAndrea Collins (audiology aide) and Lajayah Medina (AuD Resident/Intern) took excellent, efficient, attentive, accommodating, confident, expert, and patient care of me at my appointment today. In the past Dr. Sofiya Krauss and her assistants have been absolutely awesome, too! I admire and respect these medical professionals to no end. First time as a senior citizen to have my hearing checked. Staff was very personable and professional. Found out I'm in good shape for the shape I'm in. They welcomed me back if I felt the need in the future.

Had a tremendous experience with Lajayah and DeAndrea. My newest hearing aids were not working as well as my older back-up pair. Lajayah and DeAndrea took an hour with me, first figuring out what the problem was and then ingeniously solving it - which took creativity and smarts. I left the office with a huge grin on my face - and with great hearing. They were both determined to solve my problem, and they didn't quit until they did. Amazing!!! Jacob, who saw me initially, was also great. So glad I found Pacific Hearing!!!

I had an appointment with Dr. Frazer. I almost fell out of the chair when he came out ask me to follow him to his office at my exact appointment time. First time in my lifetime a doctor was on time. Great overall experience.

Great experience. The nurses explained everything clearly to me and answered all my questions kindly and throughly. Even sent me helpful information based on my questions.

When a 'day-of' appointment was necessary, this group worked with my doctor to get me in. Then called my doctor to discuss results immediately afterward.

Our son was having trouble hearing and we reached out via email and quickly heard back from A doctor who helped us with scheduling. We got an appointment quickly and we’re able to determine the issue and next steps quickly. Everyone was so kind and helpful and it was a huge relief in an otherwise stressful time

I've been working with Audiologist Sheila Shalom for several years with my hearing problem. She has been outstanding in helping me obtain hearing aids. Here concern and care in finding the right product was there every minute, along with her expertise and knowledge. Additionally, she is always there for any follow up questions and adjustments. Wonderful experience. The staff explained every step of the audiology process, making sure to speak up loudly so I could hear! Still adhering to Covid precautions which I appreciated! The reason for the lost star is that I asked for a copy of the test results, which I have never received!

Really needed to get my ears checked. Went to Pacific Hearing and got a really comprehensive examination, followed by an indepth review and recommendation for hearing aids. Dr. Sheila Shalom handled my case and was incredibly helpful. Gave me loaner aids to try, answered all of my questions, and if I had any additional issues, I emailed her, and she answered me within 3 minutes! I wound up purchasing the hearing aids, and am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I've been getting my heating tests here for over 5 years. Always a wonderful experience and the people here are truly AMAZING. If you're a veteran and need heading tests for VA disability claims, Pacific Hearing doctors work directly with the VA and can give you the most accurate and thorough tests available ANYWHERE.

I'm not just making this up ! This place ROCKS!!! I had an appointment at this place . It was an evaluation thing and they have to latest testing and ways to get the best of your hearing. I was relaxed and not pressurized by the technicians I found out that I was way out of hearing in both ears . Rebecca didn't gave up on my situation! She made a new appointment and she explained to me The plan and what she was gonna try to do she had some guy specialist to pour some silicone in both my ear canals to make a custom made mold and then , They will call me when my hearing aids were done. Well they called me a couple of weeks later And..... I went to their place to test my brand new set after placing them in my ears Oh wow!! I was able to hear the drop of a pin and that was just the adjusting of the hearing aid units in their computer I was so happy I could hear a fly going by!! lol ( No flies in there) I just couldn't believe the difference. Sadly , I wasn't in front of Rebecca Berke so that she could see my big smile OMG Thank you soooooo much for making my life more desirable again . I will always be thankful to Rebecca and the rest of the crew from the young lady that answers the phone to make an appointment to the gentleman assistant in the hearing room That was a very cool test! oh yeah the young lady that first help me out with my setting in the their computer Don't Give Up girl you are gonna be a great Doctor too ! ❤️

My hearing loss and need of hearing aids has been quite traumatic for me. That said, Dr. Shalom and the people at Pacific hearing have been a blessing. Dr. Shalom was so helpful in helping me come to terms with my hearing loss and the need for aids. She helped me find the right kind of aids for me (they are woking amazingly well) and did it with kindness and understanding. She explained everything in detail, taking her time and never making me feel rushed and even programed many of the settings for me, saving me time and aggravation, as well as setting up follow up visits to keep track of how I am adjusting to my hearing aids and monitor my hearing in general.

I can't say how much I appreciate the way Pacific Hearing, and Dr. Shalom in particular, have helped me in getting through this rough patch in my life.
