The Repair Service

Using advanced equipment, we will perform an electroacoustic analysis of your device to determine whether it needs repair and/or a thorough deep cleaning.

This in-depth analysis evaluates all your device’s features and whether they meet the required specifications.

We will remove any internal moisture and debris from the receiver, microphone and other parts of your hearing aid(s) to ensure your devices are performing up to manufacturer specifications and appropriate for your specific hearing loss.

In addition, we perform in-house maintenance such as replacing receivers, domes, wax guards, and earmold tubes as needed.

Our Audiologists have experience dealing with most hearing aid manufacturers, including Oticon, Widex, ReSound, Phonak, Signia, Starkey, and Unitron.

The Loaner During Repair

At Pacific Hearing Inc our goal is to ensure your needs are met, even while your hearing aid is in for repair.

IF POSSIBLE, we will provide a loaner set of prescription hearing aids during the manufacturer repair period.

Our team stocks a wide range of loaner instruments and we make every effort to provide you with a device as close as possible to your hearing aid.

Please note: We are unable to provide loaner hearing aids for custom hearing aids such as in-the-ear hearing aids and hearing aids that require attachment to a custom earmold.

In summary, our team is thorough and conscientious in getting your device back to its optimum function as soon as possible.
