Medical Receptionist
Ingrid grew up in Los Angeles and graduated from Southwest College. As a medical receptionist, she is responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, checking in patients, helping them fill out intake forms, and ensuring each patient has a positive experience at Pacific Hearing & Balance Inc.
Ingrid enjoys the sense of unity and family-like atmosphere at Pacific Hearing, where everyone helps each other and shares a common goal of quality patient care. Ingrid also enjoys developing close relationships with her patients.
When Ingrid’s not at work, she spends time with her husband, family, and friends, and loves hosting game nights and cookouts. During her alone time, she loves to read online novels and practice self-care.
